- 1 package Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 container Champagne Tomatoes
- 1 jar Canyon Foods Basil Pesto with Toasted Pine Nuts
- 1 Baguette, sliced
- Ottavio Olive Oil
Brush Baguette slices with Olive Oil and toast in oven for 3 – 5 minutes. Chop Mozzarella and Tomatoes, add Pesto and mix to incorporate.
Place on Baguette Rounds and Serve. Mixture may be made day prior and kept in refrigerator.
